Father, we thank you that you are sovereign and in control of all that is happening in Syria. Thank you for your promise- “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” We claim this promise especially for the followers of Jesus who have you as their firm foundation.
