HeavenlyFather, please be with the people in Afghanistan. Let there be circumstances that allow your missionaries to spread your word throughout the country. May your people be bold in the teaching of your goodness, just as your apostle Paul was so many years ago.
Be with the Afghan women and give them your strength to carry them through each difficult day, let them be encouraged to raise up their children so that they may know you and the hope they may have through your son, Jesus Christ. It is in His name I pray for Afghanistan. Amen.

We pray that all the children hear the word of God
and accept Jesus into their hearts. We pray
for all the adults that they also will hear the word
of God and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Father God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, Lord Jesus and your Mighty Holy Spirit
I come to your throne of mercy and grace Lord lifting of the people of Afghanistan. Lord I pray that you make a way for missionaries to enter this region Lord to make disciples of this nation to further your kingdom. Lord give them ears to hear your words and hearts to receive the truth. Lord you spoke and separated the light from the darkness. I am asking you to speak to this situation and open the doors of light to enter into this nation. I pray for the laborers to come with open minds and open hearts to spread your word. I pray it would reach all the people Lord. I lift up the women to you Lord to supernaturally give them strength and endurance during this time to search their hearts for the truth to continue on seeking you. Lord show them yourself and pour your spirit out on their flesh. I speak to that mountain of closed country and I ask Lord that you make a way. Lord you are the way maker and with you all things are possible. I pray Lord that you open up the windows of heaven and pour into their spirit man to repent from idolatry and turn to you Jehovah. Lord let them see that the only way to you is through your Son Jesus. Lord move in power in your Spirit upon them to change the circumstances in which they live and treat each other. Send encouragers, teachers, preachers, evangelists, and prophets to their country with pure righteous motives to see you Lord glorified. I ask all these things in the name that is above every name Jesus Christ. Amen

Father I pray that you will send servants into the lands of Afghanistan. Let them be the spokesmen for your word, that it may be spread into the hearts of the people groups. I pray for these servants that you send when they face persecution, difficulties with race, language, or culture. Give them the strength to face each one of these in Your name. We know that if you deem it, Afghanistan can be transformed into the likeness of God. Let this happen through the faithfulness of your children. I pray your will be done.
I thank you for your grace and your love to the people you have made in your image.

Dear Father,

I pray fervently and sincerely for the people of Afghanistan today. I pray that you would send your workers into that harvest field and open doors for them. I pray for all of the unreached people groups, that you would send your workers to them. Pour out your Holy Spirit on those believers who are in Afghanistan and protect them. I pray specifically for the Afghan women who are so sorely persecuted and denied basic rights. I pray that your Word would touch them and they would realize the true freedom they have in You.

Oh father,
I pray that you bring your blessings upon the people of this land, Afghanistan.
Drive out the evil doers that want to destroy this land. Let peace and love return to the children and people who want only to live in peace.
Let our prayers be heard. Let their cries of torment be heard as you heard those of your children in Egypt. Let your love and blessings be on this land and people .
I ask that you protect all those nations soldiers who are deployed there, fighting for their freedom and protection.
I pray that you offer up opprotunity for missionary work to be done here, for civil and human rights for its citizens, men, women and children.
Yet Lord I pray that your Kingdom comes soon when all Nations will bend their knee to you and worship you. I ask all this to be done in the name of our Savior, your son,Jesus, whom we truly love.

I pray that not only the missionaries would be given opportunities to preach the good news of Jesus in Afghanistan but that father you would bring a fresh release of your Holy Spirit amongst the peace keeping forces, medics, UN forces and aid agencies in Afghanistan – that you would raise up Christians who are already working in Afghanistan. Reveal your love to them in a greater measure so that they may share your love in their day to day work and make a Godly impact in every area of their lives.

Bless and protect all the lovely Afghan women and children, particularly those who are widowed and orphened – would you put the lonely into families so that they belong. Please bring them justice for their basic human rights and protect and encourage those that already love you and protect them from persecution.

Oh precious heavenly Father I want to thank you for Your children in Afghanistan. Lord I ask that You lift them up in a mighty way revealing to those that do not know Jesus, that they may come to know Him. God please lead, guide and direct the missionaries to every soul there so that they may come to know the only way to You is through Jesus Christ. Please protect and give comfort to the Afghanistan people that are unreached and Father as they are reached I pray that You protect them from persecution. I ask that they experience the unspeakable joy as never before as they come to know You as their Saviour. Please grant mercies and grace upon the Afghan women so they come to trust in You. O Lord, through you power and strength I pray for the people of Afghanistan. My they come to know and experience the power of God in their lives. From the oldest to the smallest baby. For years fighing and fear have possessed their lives. Now Jesus may they know the peace that only you can give. You are such and awesome God and we thank you for hearing and answering the prayers of your children. We love you Jesus!
