They don't know any different of a life! God, how we pray that you would INTERVENE and show them Your love and Your power to make a new day and a new life, both now and for eternity. May the statue of Jesus be a reminder for the Brazilians that Jesus is close to them, and that there will be a day when He will make everything right again, just like Isaiah 61 says. Come Lord Jesus.
