Most Holy One;
You who sit enthroned between the cherubim, who sits in unapproachable light and whom no one has seen or can see; it is to you we come through the gracious mediation of your Son and the strength of your Spirit. Search us and know our hearts today. Turn your face toward your people in Egypt, whom you created for your glory. Unite their hearts to fear your name. Flood their hearts with the holy fire of your love, that they may learn to pray in spirit and in truth “Hallowed be your name.”
Even as you redeemed your chosen people long ago from the oppression and affliction of Pharaoh, who’s hard heart denied the Living God, stretch out your right arm and redeem the peculiar people you have reserved for yourself in that land, from the cruel slavery of the Evil One. For they have been bought with the blood of Christ, our Passover Lamb, and are now your chosen ones.
Mighty God, you are the LORD the God of all mankind, and we know nothing is too hard for you. Bring glory to yourself through the church in Egypt, may they be a light to the Gentiles, as in your power they open eyes blinded by sin and bring out prisoners from the dungeon of darkness in the high and holy name of your Son. As you have rescued them from the dominion of darkness, and brought them into the kingdom of the Son you love, do so with those who before avoided you, scorned you, yes, and those who openly spit in your face.
Work a mighty thing in their hearts Omnipotent God, that they may become a brilliant witness to your saving power.
May your Egyptians follow your example in all things: living in humillity, honor and passionate love for those you have created in your image.
Lord of lords, you have said in your Word that you will protect those who ackowledge your name. Because they love you, you will rescue them, with long life will you satisfy them and show them your salvation. We claim this promise now for the sons and daughters of Egypt. Keep them under the shadow of your right hand. Prince of Peace, you are their shepherd. May they lie down in the green pastures of spiritual peace, and drink from the still pools of living water.
Omniscient One, forget them not, but keep their names always before you, for they are graven in your book of life.
We do not ask these things because we are righteous, but because of your great mercy. O LORD listen! O LORD forgive! O LORD hear and act!
Believing in joy that you will do whatever we ask in your name, we ask that you Holy Father, may be glorified in your Son today.
Answer me, O LORD, answer me that the world may know that you O LORD are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again.
Holy Spirit, make this prayer a sweet incense to heaven, intercede for us with groans that cannot be uttered.
Jesus Christ, our High Priest and mediator, it is through you and your name that we pray.

Father, I lift up to you the people of Egypt. I pray for those believers who are already there, that you would strengthen them and make them bold to share their faith and bring others to You. I pray you would continue to send workers into this harvest field. I pray for the safety of the missionaries there and for the witness of them as well as the Coptic Church. May your presence be strong in Egypt.
Lord Jesus, thank you for Your hand moving in
Egypt. Let Your Holy Spirit brood over this nation,
bringing the people with great hope. Empower and
establish Your church that Your light may shine
brightly in the darkness in this region. Strengthen
and shield Your church here as it grows in You. Send
out a legion of angels to watch over Your people. Amen.
May peace be retored to the populace and those searching for who Christ Jesus is have a personal encounter of his Grace. Amen.
Father God,
We pray for your people in Egypt, that they would experience Your grace and learn to love You even more so that they may be empowered by Your Holy Spirit to be Your hands and feet in their country and then in all of Africa.
