Dear Lord,
I pray for your beautiful children in France. I pray that you would lead them back into your arms. Open their eyes to see that they, like the prodigal son, are dying without your love. Show them your great love. You are willing to take them back–you want them and you long for the day when they turn back to you. Let them know that there is going to be a party, not a sermon or scolding.
Pour out Holy Spirit, Father God. Open eyes and break chains. Let the fear of man not interfere with their hunger for the gospel. Give them a fierce hunger for you. I pray that this hunger would drive them to you.
I pray for myself as I prepare to leave for France in a month, Lord. Prepare my spirit, that I would be in unison with your heart and desires for France. I pray that it would not be me in France, but you working through me. I pray that you would provide the money I need, in crazy and unexpected ways.
Thank you Lord for the people of France. Thank you for the church that you have already planted in France. Thank you for this opportunity to go to France. You are God alone. You are so beautiful.

Father, I lift up to you the people of France. I praise you for the growth of Christianity there in recent years, and pray that trend will continue. I pray for those believers there who seek to follow you and bring your word to others. I pray that the people in France would hunger for You and that the Holy Spirit would revive them. I pray that they will come to know the hope that is found only in You.
