About Sahanara’s Story
Many of the millions of Muslims in India live in poverty. But even in the most destitute places, God is still there! And He is still touching hearts. One of these many people is Sahanara.
Sahanara grew up in poverty. Her family lived in a broken house that she was ashamed of. She went to bed without food many times.
Even though she wanted to study and go to school, her family did not have the money to send her. “Why are my people not helping us?” she wondered.
Sahanara prayed and fasted, crying to Allah to help them. But no help came.
Would Sahanara ever be able to go to school? Who would help her family? Why does she face these problems?
